This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Missy Wildflower (“we,” “our,” “us”) via www.missywildflower.com.au

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. If our site does not display the number of items you require, please email us at shop.missywildflower@gmail.com to arrange a larger order or pre-order.​

2. Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship orders Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that these are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Missy Wildflower is not liable for any delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

3. International Shipping

Yes, however at this point we do not have automatic international shipping, but if you would like to enquire at shop.missywildflower@gmail.com we can enquire at our local Post Office for the shipping rates to your country of destination.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be clearly stated on our Website.

We recommend selecting tracked postage for all orders to ensure visibility and security during transit.

If you choose to use untracked postage, please be aware that no tracking information will be provided. By selecting an untracked postage option, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any delays, loss, or missing parcels that may occur once the item has been lodged with Australia Post.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Missy Wildflower is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs will be charged to the customer.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We take great care to ensure our products are of high quality. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shop.missywildflower@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: Eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, custom orders, or personalised products.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by Missy Wildflower. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
